When you sign up to use Bulkmailverifier’s services, you accept the following terms of use. Please remember that these may be amended occasionally at its sole discretion. Therefore, it is your sole responsibility to review these terms of use periodically. Please review all this documentation with care and diligence.

The following terms and conditions govern all use of bulkmailverifier.com website and all content, services, and products available at or through the website, including, but not limited to, verifying email addresses.

By using the site or services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you are legally able to enter into this Agreement.

Eligibility
-You must be at least 18 years of age to use services provided through bulkmailverifier.com.
–You must provide accurate and complete contact information in your account and billing details.
–You must agree to our terms of use and privacy policies, and abide by them.
-You cannot use our services to verify any purchased or rented lists, or for sending unsolicited emails.
-You should not utilize other email or VAT verification services.
–Bulkmailverifier has the authority to shut or close down accounts of any users for any reason disclosed or undisclosed and to change these eligibility requirements at any time.
-By signing up, you agree to abide by the above conditions.

Security, Accounts, and Passwords
If you make an online account on bulkmailverifier.com, you are accountable for maintaining the security of your account and the API key assigned to you. Being the account owner, it is your responsibility to keep your account name and password confidential. You are also responsible for any activity that takes place through your account and API key. You are to contact Bulkmailverifier immediately if you suspect a security breach regarding your account.

Payments
Buy credit packs: You may purchase any available credit pack, at any time. Your credits never expire. Your credit log will display all updated details about your credit change.

Payment: PayPal or Stripe processes all online payments made on Bulkmailverifier’s site. PayPal and Stripe do not allow Bulkmailverifier to access your card details. Alternatively, users also have the option to pay with a bank transfer into our British bank account. Payments for any credit packs are to be upfront, and they are not refundable except for our money-back guarantee (See below)

Money-Back Guarantee

Suppose you send a newsletter to the email addresses you verified using Bulkmailverifier services within seven days of verification, and your hard bounce rate is higher than 4%. In that case, we will refund your money.

Money-Back Guarantee applies for email address verifications under the following conditions only:

– Emails must be verified through Bulkmailverifier’s site,
– Money-Back Guarantee does not apply for verifications completed using Bulkmailverifier’s API or One By One, because Bulkmailverifier does not keep a record of these verifications.
– Hard bounce rate higher than 4%: Hard bounces occur when a recipient’s email address does not exist.
– Does not apply for soft bounces. Soft bounces are down to your personal sending history, settings, server, IP reputation, and email content.
– Only applies to emails sent to email addresses returned as ‘OK’ by Bulkmailverifier’s verification system.
– You must email each verified ‘OK’ email address within seven days of verification.
–You must use a 3rd party SMTP provider for sending your emails.
– Only SMTP providers that offer detailed reports of your soft and hard bounces are accepted. If a detailed breakdown of your bounced emails is unavailable, then our Money Back Guarantee does not apply.
– You must allow us to log in to your SMTP account to review your results, export reports, and analyze bounces.
– In case you have used credit, then you are no longer entitled to a refund.
– Other general Refunds apply.

General Refunds:
Any requests for refunds must be in writing by contacting Bulkmailverifier at support@deliverbility.com.

Your email must be sent from the email address you are registered with on Bulkmailverifier’s website.

All refund requests must be within 30 days of the purchase date, or they are considered irrefutable.

Suppose you break any of the rules, conditions, requirements or laws laid out in terms of use. In that case, the Anti-spam Policy money-back guarantee doesn’t apply, and you will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

General Rules:
You are only allowed to have one Bulkmailverifier account. If your account is suspended or disabled, creating another account will automatically result in cancellation whether or not you have made a payment on the account. If your account is suspended, you will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made in the past, regardless of the number of credits left on your account.

Bulkmailverifier’s real-time single API is designed to verify individual email addresses and is not to be used to process bulk emails. To process a large number of emails, users can upload their emails in a TXT, CSV, XLS, or XLSX file.

Bulkmailverifier will verify the email addresses as you provide them. Bulkmailverifier will not make any alterations or modifications to your data.

If Bulkmailverifier is under the impression that you have created multiple accounts, they reserve the right to suspend any or all of them.

Bulkmailverifier’s email verification service may be used for opt-in subscribers only.

Bulkmailverifier’s VAT number verification service may be used for verifying VAT numbers provided by your customers only.

Disputes
Please know that you agree to submit any disputes regarding charges or Bulkmailverifier credits in writing within 30 days of the purchase.

You agree that any disputes rendered outside that time period are void and any charges are considered irrefutable.

You accept that refunds are only possible if you comply with and are deemed eligible under the terms stated in the Money Back Guarantee.

If your account is terminated or suspended due to any violation of our Terms Of Use, Anti-Spam Policy or Acceptable Usage Agreement, then you will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is.” Neither Bulkmailverifier nor its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, and licensors, make any warranty that this service will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you utilize the API, or otherwise obtain content or services through, this website and API at your discretion and risk.

Limitation of Liability
You agree to accept full responsibility for any loss resulting from using Bulkmailverifier’s website, services, tools, downloads, or any other use of the Services. In no event will Bulkmailverifier, nor its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, and licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this Agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to Bulkmailverifier under this Agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action.

Termination
Bulkmailverifier has the right to, at Bulkmailverifier’s sole discretion (i) refuse to verify any emails that, in Bulkmailverifier’s opinion, violate any Bulkmailverifier policy or is in any way harmful or objectionable, or (ii) terminate or deny access to and use of the Service and API to any individual or entity for any reason, in Bulkmailverifier’s sole discretion. Any account which shows no activity for more than 12 months may be considered inactive. If an account is deemed to be inactive, the account may be shut down or deleted, and all data associated with that account may be permanently erased.

Changes
Bulkmailverifier reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of its policies, terms, conditions or rules. It is your responsibility to review Bulkmailverifier’s terms periodically for changes. Any changes made to Bulkmailverifier’s Terms of Use, Anti-Spam Policy, and Privacy Policy go into effect immediately. Your continued use of or access to the Service and API following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Jurisdiction
The Agreement and these Conditions shall be governed by and construed following the law of England and Wales. Extent This Agreement, including the policies included in our Anti-Spam Policy and Privacy Policy, is the entire Agreement between Bulkmailverifier and which you, the user, who have agreed to concern the subject matter here and about services as outlined on the website Bulkmailverifier.com.

Bulkmailverifier reserves the right to change these Terms of Use, Anti-Spam Policy and Privacy Policy at any time; it is up to you to make sure you review this information from time to time.
